With her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Dawn has utilized her educational background to work effectively with others in her real estate career.

Dawn began her real estate career in 2004 and since 2006 has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Hawaii’s largest residential real estate brokerage. Her expertise in customer service began with her previous career in banking. She successfully guides clients through the process of preparing properties for sale, identifying the right property for buyers, negotiating contracts and overcoming obstacles to a successful closing. Dawn has been recognized as a Global Luxury Specialist meeting rigorous criteria as a luxury market specialist.

Dawn supports the international EGlobal Family, Future Light Orphanage, which supports hundreds of orphaned and vulnerable children in developing countries. Locally, she supports Family Programs Hawaii, an organization that brings local families with foster children together to create and strengthen families and relationships. She also volunteers with the Hawaiian Humane Society and is actively involved with the pet therapy visitation program. In her free time Dawn enjoys spending time with family, whether it’s traveling to new places or relaxing on the beach. Dawn enjoys yoga, being in the ocean, hiking, and distance running. She loves the outdoors while appreciating her life every day in paradise!
